While creating the design for the lobby of Tan Long Group, AfA was able to not only ensure the comfort and elegance of the office, but also promote the values of the brand globally.


First impression has always been the top priority in the design of a corporation, a house or any other space as it helps to produce a positive psychological impact on the people being present in such areas. With that in mind, Tan Long has invested in an entirely new face of its lobby in the company of AfA Design.



Existing flaws in Tan Long’s lobby appearance


Tan Long Group is a green agrifood business striving to become Vietnam’s leading corporate in green and clean agriculture as well as sustainable development. The executive board members of Tan Long are hence highly aware of their brand’s image portrayed in every office space. However, there were a lot of problems spotted in their initial appearance of the reception area, involving the composition, arrangement, consistency and distinctness.


The lobby was disorganized with unnecessary details and no highlights, which not only blocks the view but also influences the mood of visitors. Observing the situation, AfA Design started to brainstorm to address these issues, providing the client with an elegant office area where furniture is purposefully arranged, promoting the brand in a sophisticated manner. 



A creative solution to upgrade the face of Tan Long’s lobby


After agreeing with Tan Long on the concept, AfA Design elaborated the plan to rearrange the floor area and created a 3D image of the lobby so as to show the executive board “how the idea is realized” as in the agreement.



Tan Long’s brand values are elaborately demonstrated in a whole new creative space. The Group’s distinctive features are incorporated into the lobby area in a harmonious and graceful manner. Specifically, the logo can be seen right from the entrance and on the ceiling, with its color changing from yellow to white, resembling the transformation of paddy seeds into rice, which is Tan Long’s main export product.


In addition, the yellow color of the paddy seeds is also portrayed in the world map cleverly placed on the wall of wooden bars. Sophistication is also seen in the map's design, with yellow spots representing the regions where Tan Long's retail stores are placed. 


Creative and elegant interior design 



The elegance of the interior arrangement is indicated by the position of the luxury sofa, where guests can sit right opposite to the world map. This shows the greatness of not only Tan Long’s current status but also their vision to thrive globally. 


In addition, the image of a village during the farming season also represents Tan Long’s business field and the close attention paid to the input quality for their agri-products.


All of these details are harmoniously combined to create an office space with a stylish reception area capable of conveying Tan Long’s brand values.
