It is not as formal as a meeting room is, it is open and comfortable for everyone. It is often designed as a small coffee shop, or even as a pantry where people can have lunch together, or held an annual party. Common space helps connecting people in a organization, giving a friendly environment to encourage people to discuss and generate beautiful ideas together.

Nowadays, employees care so much their physical heath at work, especially the desk job requires people to stay at one seat for 8 hours at least, so do sport at workplace becomes more trendy. An office sport area with suitable facilities will bring joy and health to everyone, create a strong spirit team, push people stay connected and increase their work productivity as well.

It is up to company area to build up a suitable sporty area. It can be either wide enough for many sport facilities or just small enough for table tennis or some treadmills.

Create an open-minded by decoration.

Decoration gives a hand in connecting people working in same space. To do that, we should use less office partition, and group people in a same department stay together, that make an open space for people interact within.
