VCN Nha Trang Office Design Project has brought a breath of fresh air to interior design. The office’s symbolic design conveys a meaningful message– good land is where birds settle.
In September 2019, AfA Design completed the VCN Nha Trang Interior Office Design project, which has the floor scale of 5000m2. Responding to the sudden changes in requirements of the investor in the very last days, the whole team has made their best efforts to ensure the project’s progress. And such efforts were paid off with a successful outcome, which is an international-standard office space provided for one of the leading corporations in real-estate investment.

Project Name : VCN Nha TrangInvestor: VCN INVESTMENT JOINT-STOCK COMPANYSize: 5000 m2 floorProject’s items: – Company Office’s Lobby – Office for lease’s Lobby – Company’s real-estate trading Lobby. – Floor 4 : Grand hall of the Building – Cafe of the Building – Canteen serving up to 300 persons. – Floor 15: Company’s office system – Floor 16: Executive Board’s Office.On being required to place several items on different floor areas, AfA Design’s architects were able to ensure the consistency in their design, the theme of which is a flock of birds symbolizing the aspiration to thrive and gain freedom.
A flock of birds – Good land is where they settle
On having a great vision, VCN strives to not only affirm its position in the market but also contribute to making Vietnam a more prosperous country. Being well aware of this, AfA Design has incorporated symbolic imagery into the design so as to successfully convey the idea. In addition, such artistic bird concept demonstrated in the lobby, in the corridor of the 1st and 16th floor also conveys a meaningful message – good land is where birds settle. VCN is indeed a nourishing environment where talents converge and thrive. The luxury ceramics in combination with the literary creation – birds relentlessly flapping their wings and gliding around the old giant tree – has made the space particularly impressive, and at the same time portrayed the aspiration for prosperity and freedom.
The old giant tree, the symbol of faith and sustainable development
In AfA’s VCN Nha Trang Interior Office Design project, besides the artistic imagery of birds, the old giant tree has added a nice touch to the 1st floor’s lobby and 4th floor’s cafeteria. The tree not only serves as a theme for the space, as displayed in the lines, decorations, colors and composition of the office, but also symbolizes faith, sustainable development, and reliability to VCN customers/partners/staff. The old giant tree on the 4th floor differs from the tree embraced by birds on floor 1 as it is colored wooden yellow, creating the impression of warmth and hospitality.The overall design of CVN Nha Trang includes several items such as function rooms, executive office and connecting areas. The architectural styles, though tailored for each item, are all based on a key concept that shows the great vision and status of VCN. [/vc_column_text][/vc_column][/vc_row]
